Frequently Asked Questions

Do you use synthetic fragrance?

No. Our products are made with pure essential oils and never synthetic fragrance. We keep our formulas simple and thoughtfully made, with ingredients we feel good about using in our own home.

Where are your products made?

Everything is handmade in small batches in Ontario, Canada.

What does small batch mean?

Small batch means we make our products in smaller quantities at a time rather than mass producing them. This lets us pay closer attention to each batch, keep ingredients fresh, and maintain consistency and quality across everything we make.

What types of products do you make?

We create shower, bath, body, home and outdoor essentials, including shower steamers, room & linen sprays, bath bombs, bath salts, soaps, botanical perfume oils, aromatherapy roll-ons, gift sets, seasonal collections and home essentials.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Our products are made in small batches rather than mass produced. Every product is made with care and tested in our own home first.

Do you offer gift options?

Absolutely. Many of our products are designed with gifting in mind, and we also offer ready-made gift sets. We also offer corporate, employee, event and special occasion gifting for larger or customized orders.

Do you offer custom and personalized orders?

Depending on the product and quantity, we may be able to accommodate custom orders, corporate and employee gifting, event favours or larger quantities. Contact us with what you have in mind and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Are essential oils the same as fragrance oils?

No. Essential oils are derived from plants, while fragrance oils may contain synthetic fragrance materials. Evergreen Steam Co. uses pure essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance.
