Products

Evergreen Steam Co. creates handmade, small-batch products. Because many products are handmade and contain naturally derived ingredients, slight variations in colour, appearance, size, texture, scent, or finish may occur between batches.

Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible, but colours and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, packaging updates, and your device or screen.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Product Use & Safety

Please read and follow all product labels, directions, warnings, and ingredient information before use.

Products should only be used for their intended purpose. For example, shower steamers are intended for shower use and should not be used as bath bombs.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, medical concerns, are pregnant or nursing, or are purchasing for a child or pet household, review the ingredients carefully and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary before use.

Products identified as dog-friendly are formulated with that consideration in mind. No product should be assumed to be suitable for cats or other animals unless explicitly stated.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery charges, and other fees will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Payment is required at the time an order is placed using one of the payment methods available through our website.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, such as PayPal. When you choose a third-party payment method, your transaction may also be subject to that provider’s applicable terms, privacy policy, and other policies.

Evergreen Steam Co. does not directly store complete credit card or payment account information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing & Availability

We may change product prices, promotions, availability, packaging, sizes, or product offerings at any time.

Prices or promotions offered through our website may differ from those available through retail partners, marketplaces, events, or other sales channels.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information is accurate. If an error occurs, we may correct the error and, where necessary, contact you before fulfilling the affected order.

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Shipping, local delivery, and local pickup options are subject to availability and eligibility.

Estimated processing, shipping, and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carriers, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements, eligible products, or other restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used toward previous purchases.

We may modify or end promotions where permitted by law.

Gift Sets, Corporate & Event Orders

Custom, corporate, wholesale, event, and large-volume orders may be subject to separate pricing, minimum quantities, production timelines, deposits, payment terms, customization requirements, or other agreed-upon conditions.

Where separate written terms are provided for an order, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

Intellectual Property

The Evergreen Steam Co. name, branding, logos, product names, photography, product imagery, website content, graphics, written materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Evergreen Steam Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
