Ordering & Lead Time
Standard lead time is a minimum of 21 days from receipt of payment.
Need it sooner? Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on quantity, customization and product availability.
Custom soaps require additional lead time. Please allow 6–8 weeks for custom soap requests to accommodate production and curing. In some cases, a minimum 4-week cure time may be possible depending on the formula, quantity and timing.
Larger quantities, customized packaging or branding, and peak holiday periods may require additional time.
Payment in full confirms your order and production timeline.
